U.S. Shipping Information:  ALL US PACKAGES are shipped through UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once UPS picks up your package for delivery.

 

International (outside the U.S.) Shipping Information: We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. (International Customers - click here for an important notice.) You must enter your Postal Code and select your Country from the drop down menu in the Checkout section of our site in order to determine your shipping rates and options.  We have listed the United States Postal Service rates for several countries in addition to UPS rates. If you do not want to use UPS and the USPS rates for your country are not listed, please do not complete your order before emailing us for rates.

 

Returns & Exchanges:  All sales are final with the following exceptions:

  1. If we sent you the wrong item or if all or part of your shipment was damaged in transit, let us know immediately (within 7 days of delivery) by email or telephone.

  2. If you would like to exchange a t-shirt or any other piece of clothing for a different size or style, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase date. All items must be returned with tag's attached and must be accompanied by its original packaging.  Please note!  OSFA stands for "One Size Fits All" or "One Size Fits Most". Many OSFA t-shirts do have sizes marked on them by their manufacturer (typically Medium or Large) because the manufacturers feel that those are "average sizes".  You are responsible for additional shipping costs.

  3. Antique, Vintage or Pre-Owned items can be returned for store credit ONLY. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  4. Zaldiva verifies that all items are undamaged prior to shipping, but the overall quality and/or condition of hand-made and/or hand-painted items varies. Such items can be returned for store credit ONLY. 

  5. Comic books, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, hardcover books, magazines and calendars CANNOT be returned for any reason other than those mentioned above.

Cancellations:  If your order has already been shipped, you may not cancel.  You may return the item to us, at your cost, within 14 days of the original shipping date for a refund, minus a Return/Cancel Fee (see below).  You may cancel your order within 24 hours, if your items have not already been shipped; however, when you check out of the shopping cart and make your payment your credit card is CHARGED not just authorized - A RETURN/CANCEL FEE WILL BE CHARGED (see below). 

 

Return and Cancellation Fees:  CANCELLATION FEE for Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments: A flat fee of $1.00 + 3% of your order total, including shipping and insurance charges. (Example, if an order totals $25.00 for items purchased plus $8.00 shipping and $1.50 insurance, the total initially charged to the credit card is $34.50. When cancelled, the purchaser is charged $1.00 (the flat fee) plus $1.04 (3% of the total) = $2.04.  We would, in this example, reimburse the credit card $32.46 of the original $34.50 charge.
